Damage/ Defect:
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, we provide a free replacement.

Return Time Window:
- All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the delivery date (not order date).
- If a defect is found in front of
the delivery person, we will try to arrange an instant exchange where
possible.
Return Fees & Shipping:
- Loftique covers return shipping only for: wrong product / logical mismatch / damage/defect.
- If the return is requested due to change of mind, the customer must pay the return fee/shipping.
Pickup System:
- We arrange pickup from your address through our delivery partner (subject to service availability).
Refund (Including COD):
- COD refunds are sent via bKash or
bank transfer. - Refunds are processed immediately, maximum within 1 working day after verification.

Out-of-Stock Exchange Options:
