Shipping Information

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over ৳2000

Return Policy

We stand behind every order with a quality first promise. If something is genuinely wrong, we’ll make it right fast and fairly.

We offer free return only if:

  • You received a wrong product
  • There is a logical mismatch (a genuine difference from what was shown/described — rare)

Damage/ Defect:

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, we provide a free replacement.
  • To claim, simply send a clear photo to our page via message.

Return Time Window:

  • All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the delivery date (not order date).
  •  If a defect is found in front of
    the delivery person, we will try to arrange an instant exchange where
    possible.

Return Fees & Shipping:

  • Loftique covers return shipping only for: wrong product / logical mismatch / damage/defect.
  • If the return is requested due to change of mind, the customer must pay the return fee/shipping.

Pickup System:  

  • We arrange pickup from your address through our delivery partner (subject to service availability).

Refund (Including COD):

  • COD refunds are sent via bKash or
    bank transfer.
  • Refunds are processed immediately, maximum within 1 working day after verification.

Non-Returnable tems:

  • Gift-wrapped/customized items are non-returnable
  • Used/worn items are non-returnable.

Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy is designed to keep things simple, respectful, and
smooth—especially for size-related issues.

Exchange Time Window:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the delivery date.

Size Mismatch Exchange 

  • Size exchange is allowed.
  • For size exchanges, the customer pays shipping (pickup + re delivery).

Wrong Product / Logical Mismatch:

  • If you received a wrong product or there is a logical mismatch, we will provide free exchange (including shipping).

Proof Requirement:

  • For any exchange claim related to defect/mismatch/wrong item, please send a clear photo to our page via message.

Out-of-Stock Exchange Options:

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose: Store
    credit/ Swap with another product/ Waitlist replacement (we’ll replace once stock returns)

Missing/Wrong Item Claim:

  • Missing or wrong items must be reported immediately upon delivery for fastest resolution.

Courier Delays:

  • We deliver through third-party courier partners, so courier-related delays must be accepted by the customer.
